During the war of 2015 Reka-Li came onto the scene as a brazen, yet subtle corporate figurehead for a Corporation based out of Europe referred to as E.C.I, it’s full name being Ebon Claw Industries. The corporation, much like Joubu , specialized in development of weapons, bioengineering, and technology based research.
E.C.I became a dominant figure when it beat out EU powerhouse Cyberous de Amor in a bid to supply both U.N forces, and their warlord rivals. With the wealth the company generated, Reka-Li found it a perfect time to expand to other nations, and relocating the corporate head office to the city of San Fransisco. It was here that E.C.I made a break through in genetic manipulation, Allowing individuals to alter their physical appearance through a series of gene rebuilding therapies and take on a look that defied the ideas of ” normal human appearance”. The procedure became known as ” Masquerade”, Those with great wealth, and a desire to stand out through exotic, and sometimes frightening alterations rushed at the chance to become anything their dreams, or nightmares wished to be. One such success was performed on a young woman named Catrina Williams, who’s transformation into the pink furry, cat like pin-up and model ” Maneki Neko”. Rika-Li herself took on a altered appearance, darkening her skin and taking on a look more fitting an elegant fantasy character.
E.C.I eventually came into direct conflict with Joubu Corporation as Arashi Rose to power, leading many to suspect that the vicious battle waged behind the scenes took a toll on both sides in both finances and personal. It is unclear how Joubu came out ahead, and Reka-Lir cast aside as a Yuurei. though it is speculated that Reka-Li ” threw the fight” so to speak in order to take a second approach. Though now a Yuurei, Reka-Li still enjoyes a power and freedom others of the class can only dream. Her public detest for Arashi has won her the hearts of many Yuurei hoping that should she rise up against Joubu, they in turn could return to the life they once had. Other members of High class, cast aside by Arashi began to work with Reka-Li to establish a sect known as ” Goryoo”

Tiera
Real Name: Tiera Kells

What little information that can be gathered about Tiera is in large a generic story. She lived a fairly uneventful life in a upper middle class American family attended buisness school right out of High School, and applied to become an intern for the powerful buisness woman Reka-Li shortly before the corporations battle against Joubu began. At least, this is the story given by the E.C.I offices.
Many things about Tiera spark public debate; such as her position as an intern/assistant to one of the most powerful women in the world at such a tender age, Her genetic altering to match that of her boss, and many other rumors. Some rumors state that she may secretly be the Daughter of Reka-li, others suggest that she is a genetic experiment herself created specifically to be a right hand of the E.C.I’s Matron CEO.
Whether these rumors hold any truth or not is impossible to confirm. However, many Yuurei, as well as Corporate staff have claimed to see the young girl almost constantly in Reka-li’s shadow..and times when she is not ” things happen” that conveniently result in a beneficial victory for E.C.I’s battle to regain dominance.

Baraz
Real Name: Vladamir Baraz
Date of Birth: may 12th 1981
Ethnicity: Czech
Place of Birth: Prague Bohemia C.R

Believed to be the second in power of E.C.I, Baraz sits as the most dominant, and powerful of the Board of directors, second only to the CEO herself. His power comes as a long time member of the board, having served as the first investor , and department head of E.C.I when it was in the hands of it’s original founder ; whom many suspect to be the father of Reka-Li. As the mantle of power shifted over, Baraz followed. He is an outspoken supporter of Reka-Li, and many suspect he even spent much of his time helping her to adjust to her power as a long time mentor into the savage corporate world.
As far as his character goes, Baraz has a double nature. His love of the classic arts, and formality make him seem the ultimate in kind gentlemen, though his early childhood, witnessing the horrors, and strife of a newly independent Czech Republic created an individual who could distance his emotions away from his desire to survive and succeed in a harsh world. His public appearances are often kept low key, his corporate record suggests however that many of the E.C.I policies were spearheaded by him with the specific aim to weed out the undesired from the E.C.I staff, or rival corporations whom he felt would be a threat.
Many also rumor of a growing tension between the aging ” General” of the company, and the young assistant Tiera. Some believe it is his detest of those who know nothing of working up the hard way, others believe it could be envy on his behalf that one so young made it so far, and still others feel that it is in fact Tiera who is behind this tension, and that should she ever rise as the new CEO for any reason, Baraz would lose any power or influence he currently has.
